The mission of the Borough of Totowa Public Library is to provide the highest quality library services to fulfill the informational, educational, cultural, and entertainment needs of the Totowa community.
who are we?
The Library is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by the Mayor, and in accordance with New Jersey State Library Law. Information on what is involved in being a library trustee in the State of New Jersey can be found here.
when do we meet?
The Board meets the fourth Wednesday of each month. The public is welcome to attend Board meetings and may comment or ask questions during the public portion of the meeting.
