Barre is a full-body workout that blends ballet moves, strength training, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning into a total-body workout targeting the legs, hips, glutes, core, and arms. Please prepare with a mat, a pair of grip socks or sneakers, workout clothes, and 2-4lb light hand weights
